Joining from a Quest headset

On Quest 3 or 3S, open your invitation in Meta Quest Browser. Join and enable voice before entering VR. Stay seated; point and pinch, or use a controller, to choose something.

Your menu has conversation cards, games, music, complimentary virtual drinks, and optional little shows. Voice includes mute, playback, and reconnect. Recenter brings the menu back in front of you.

For live selfie video, pair your phone under Voice → Camera → Pair phone camera. It shares video with your existing seat; date audio stays in the headset. Preview and Share happen only on the phone. Quest displays your date’s video rather than filming your face.

Browser exits VR and turns off your microphone and camera pairing while keeping the room open. Leave ends the date for both of you.

Real people, a little help with the setting

Your live voice and video are your own. AI runs on your device to separate your camera background and place the venue behind you. Preview it first, then choose whether to share.

The scenery is an AI-created 360° image, made for looking around from your seat. It isn’t a room you can walk through. Conversation cards and games are prepared activities, not an AI speaking for either of you.
